Hi Everyone.
I'm writing on behalf of my friend who has a Lexus NX 450+ Takumi. I was in the car with him this afternoon and he's struggling to get the voice controls working for open/closing the windows and also turning on the heated steering wheel. He says that it works intermittantly but today it kept giving the error "Feature not available".
He said he has the Lexus link set up on his iphone and its linked to the car as he uses this almost daily to set the charging times.
Can anyone suggest why the voice control might not be working for the windows and heated wheel? - it works fine if you ask it to set the navigation to a destination.
