Thanks. That's what I expect them to say. But not what I expect in a car I've had for 4 months with a full warranty It's why I bought my first Lexus based on service and reputation. I'll see what happens -
Hi, I have noticed the foam on my NX300H is deteriorating. The right-side raised pad on the driver's bottom seat pad looks like it's collapsed and can only get worse. Is this normal for this to happen? I bought it used this year but it's still under Lexus Warranty. However there's a question mark from the dealer over whether it's covered. I trust it is especially a Lexus warranty. Any thoughts appreciated . Thanks

Hello, After owning Toyotas in the family home and abroad for over 50 years and never breaking down I reluctantly traded in my Celica for a 2015 NX 300H for various reasons a few months ago. It's taken some getting used to but on the whole very positive. I even managed to tune the DAB radio. Eventually. One question. Has anyone had problems with the fuel flap popping open from time to time when the car is unlocked? It's happened a few times and fortunately I've noticed but it's annoying. Thanks for any advice.
