I have DTC C1249 present causing the ABS light to illuminate.. If I hold the pedal down and turn the car on to “Ready” the warning lights do not illuminate and the DTC disappears.. If I then let the pedal up, the lights and DTC will reappear after 10seconds.. I have tested the stop switch and both circuits test fine.. I have also checked the stop signal to the skid control ECU on pin 6 from the stop switch pressed down.. The stop switch signal in the up position goes to multiple locations and costly ecu’s Lexus have said that the issue is with the Skid control ECU at a cost of £4,000 + Had anyone had a similar problem and could confirm that this fixed the issue.
