Hi bud, I have done a few variations of kits and have gotten most of them from Facebook marketplace and repaired them if needed then fitted myself, however in terms of roof spoilers I have had both the HIC and non HIC ones similar to those you can see on GMC Autostylings website, I currently have on the non-HIC one with the vortex roof spoiler and they fit well, however there is a long wait time from that specific seller. For fitting the Spoiler itself I de-greased the glass, applied silicone sealant to the flat spots lay it on and taped it down to allow it to cure, if you dont plan on changing it then I would suggest a generous amount of sealant, if you get one that lays perfectly to the rear window you could also use 3m tape. Remember to lay it to the window first and if you want a perfect fit, sand down any high spots and filler up any low spots, all simple stuff to do just time consuming.

Hi everyone new to the forum and already looking assistance. I recently picked up my 3rd IS200 (slight addiction) as a spares or repairs vehicle, I was told by the previous owner that they had attempted to jump start it but had the cables on backwards. I am assuming this will have fried the ECU as with another battery I am still unable to even get lights on the dash, but I have also checked the engine bay fuse box and the larger fuses are stuck in so I cant really check them. My question is: -Can I buy an ECU off ebay and swap it in or do they need programmed or do i need to go with the faf of changing keys aswell -How much of a pain is it to change the fuse board/box in the engine bay -Is there anything else that will need looked at/replaced This is a manual IS200, the car is missing both the reg and V5 so is there anywhere I can find what year it is from the car?
