Thanks everyone I have checked all of the above apart from the rear seat brackets or the 12v battery case but have now booked it in to the dealer so fingers cross they can sort it.

I’ve got an annoying rattle/noise that sounds like it’s coming from my boot but I’m not sure as sometimes I think it’s coming from my passenger door. It is really noticeable at low speed up to 20 mph over uneven road or speed humps, I’ve tried removing the parcel shelf and everything from my boot including the polystyrene tray with the wheel gunk in it but it still does it so looks like I going to have to book it in with the dealer and hopefully they can fix it as it’s really doing my OCD in as I can’t help myself and listen out for it every time. Has anyone else experienced this issue or as I probably guess it’s just me, I’m even questioning myself whether I’m just hearing it as when you go faster over a smooth surface you don’t hear it but my wife can now hear it as I pointed it out to her.

I think I have found the charging pads sweet spot and it works every time for me. When placing the phone in I place so that the little led just shows and it starts to charge.

I wondered if that might be the case with the camera on the rear as sometimes when I move it slightly it starts to charge, to be honest you would of thought that in this day and age that wouldn’t be an issue.

Hi all, I’m a converted Lexus owner after many years of German car ownership after we bought my wife a 21 plate Yaris, I was so impressed that I thought I would look at the brand as a whole starting with the Corolla, CHR but final going for the Lexus and then getting a LBX Takumi in silver. I must say I love it it’s miles better than my last car which was a BMW X2, the ride, the fit and finish and the overall quality is very good although my only gripe is the phone charge pad which tends to have moments when or if it will charge my phone, I have an iPhone 14 Pro and wondering if anyone else was experiencing a similar sort of issue?
