Update on judder. It was diagnosed as REAR disc distortion this time!! Taking it to anotherealerhip as I have no confidence in my local mechanics. Will keep anyone who's interested posted.

I had/have exactly the same problem with my 2000 SE and have had calipers, discs & pads all replaced at various times. Problems resolve for a short period and then return. Judder is particularly bad on braking moderately from around 70 to 80 and a slight wobble has started during normal driving. Back in to the local dealership for MOT and another check out tomorrow. It has been suggested there may be a problem with the lower suspension joints(!). Will keep you posted.
