Can someone tell me how to properly aim the headlights on a late model SC400. I notice the bubble levels are off but I can't seem to get them to move. Thanks.

Just hit a roadside mailbox with my passinger side mirror on my 2000 SC 400. Anyone know how to remove it so I can have it repaired? Thanks
