When I apply the brakes, the front end of the car vibrates. Like a wheel shimmy. 26K miles. Any solutions would be appreciated... Brakes, rotors or both??

When I use the front defroster I get a foul oder in the car. I was told I need to replace the hepa filter. Can anyone tell me where this filter is located...
