I've just installed Mintex 1144 pads and started to hear noise. The noize is relatively quiet, but the stock pads are absolutely silent. Is that normal for Mintex 1144 to make noise?

Could anybody please enumerate how Mintex 1144 pads compare with EBC Green Stuff, what are the pros and const of one pads comparing to another? Does anybody have experience?
