I left my 2004 gs300 unlocked for around five weeks while I was away from home (the garage is locked and alarmed) in the hope that Battery drain might be less. On return the Battery was completely flat sadly. Since recharging and getting the car going I'm experiencing some odd symptoms described below.

The power setting on the gearbox no longer works

The mirrors no longer move using the switch on the dash

The central locking no longer works.

When turning the key to the left in the drivers door, all windows open slightly

I'm assuming that some fuse may have blown, but don't know which, or perhaps some ECU has failed or needs reset.

The cat passed it's MOT with no advisories today, so nothing critical has failed, but any help gratefully accepted

I had the car to an auto electrician who tried a few things, but said the labour costs would be too high to keep following such a list of faults. Most faults seemed linked to ECU MPX body no 1, so I bought a used one from Germany ( couldn't get the correct one at a sensible price in the UK) and most of the faults are sorted, which pleased me no end. However I'm left with two and would appreciate some help.

The VSC and VSC off lights come on as soon as the car is moving - it didn't do this before it went to the auto electrician!

None of the wireless functions on the key work (Battery not flat) and the immobiliser light no longer flashes.

Any thoughts?
