HELP PLEASE - STEERING LOCK KNOCKING WHEN TURNING - CT200H 2012 62 PLATE 86000 MILES PART 2!!!!!

Fellow members,

 

I recently posted about the problem I was incurring with my steering on my Lexus CT200h.

After hours of research I came across MRCARMAX (www.mrcarmax.co.uk) and Jay (the owner) said he could solve the problem for £150.

I turned up at his garage in Harrow and explained the problem and that I needed it repaired as I was selling the car to webuyanycar.com. Jay then said he would be interested in buying the car off me!!! Within 30 mins he had given me a £1,000 deposit  and then I went back to the garage today to deliver the paperwork and spare key and he then transferred me the balance of the money.

Top bloke and said I would post on the forum as he seemed like a very trustworthy guy who knows the Lexus brand exceptionally well.

Anyway, just thought I would post this as small firms need to get praised when needed.

If my other Lexus needs any work I will certainly visit him to quote.

An interesting end to the story!!!
