3rd cat delete on GS300
Hi all Thinking of removing the 3rd cat on my GS300. I had a full Tony Banks exhaust fitted from the the downpipe with a brand new 3rd cat. I went for the mid-sport option however I feel like it's a bit muffled on idle and looses the sound on higher RPMs, so debating on removing the 3rd cat. What are the opinions on this? Will it change the sound drastically? Couldn't really find many posts of people who did this so asking for opinions. As far as I am aware it won't throw any erro
Trying to sell cars.
Our UX is being serviced tomorrow and we are paying the reasonable sum of £18 for collection and delivery. We got a phone call today from the dealer which I guessed to be confirmation of the service and also the collection time but he tried to start a conversation asking us if we wanted to buy a new car and were we happy with our current car? This cold calling I think is very un Lexus like and has never happened before. Is this what all car dealers are like now?
Fan = drop in range
Hello I have noticed that using the fan causes the same drop in the range figure as using A/C. Would anybody have an idea how to get the outside air at outside temperature into the cabin? I turned the NanoeX off, in-cabin air circulation “off and on” but the range drops by quite a margin. I cannot find anything in the manual that mentions this issue. Thank you Tom
white UX
250 UX 300E's are currently registered in the Netherlands plus 1.711 of her Hybrid cousins, so the changes are slim that the driver is also a member of this community. But we give it a try. Yesterday [20th of May around 12:30 hrs ] we drove on the road from Haler to Neeritter [Limburg, the Netherlands] when we spotted a white UX . And we drove behind her till we reached Neeritter. We are no tailgaters so we couldn't see or hear is it was a hybrid one or an electric one. An
Looking to buy an IS300h
Hello all, I've been looking at Lexus IS for a while now. Going to see a 2013 Premier with 66k on the clock and looks like it's in good condition. Is there any red flags I should be aware of, what sort of condition would the hybrid Battery be in now that car is 11yrs old? Many thanks😁
