  1. if u dont want to take apart your headlight, u can use the simple method remove lowbeam high beam and city lights of your headlight, take a hair dryer and heat up your headlight, heat it up tilll al condens is gone, mount your bulbs again and it should be ok. it should take 15 minutes to do
  2. i think that using the wire of the heater will work, might need a bigger fuse. but it will only function when the heater is on ( heated seat button must be switched on) have not tried it, but i think it will work :)

Hi all, I was using the search function to find some more info about the TRD exhaust ( backbox) but i couldnt find anything.. is there no one who fitted the TRD exhaust???? i was just wondering which one would be better in low noise... the TRD exhaust or the HKS hi power silent.. has someone ever seen or heard the exhaust in real life and how does it compare to the hks hi power silent? Thank you! Alan
  5. hi, thanks :) i will give it a try tomorrow :) Alan ps i thought that the altezza got the right fog light units for the dual filament fitting? do u guys know where to get these parts from?
  6. There are two ways of doing this mod 1/ Dual filament bulb holders giving separate filaments for each, AFAIK you need to do a small mod to the actual reflector to make it fit. 2/ Use a couple of diodes (69p each) to feed the fog bulbs from both the brakes and the fogs. This is the way that I did it. MacRS200 do u know how to do the dual filament mod with the actual reflector? to make it fit? Alan

  9. dealer has checked it several times but could not find the source of this problem. i have used different kind of fuels and the ecu has been reset after the diagnostics.. when it starts it does run ok and normal without any problems :( it might be a coilpack, fuelpump or injector problem i hope that lexus cant solve this problem :( its kinda stupid when a lexus wont start :S
  10. thanks for ur reply.. but the spark plugs has been replaced and the problem still occurs :( the starter tries to start the engine but the engine does not want to fire up and turn out like he is tired... :(

  22. Thanks for the info. I've asked several stores and all say they THINK it will work. Haven't found a Kenwood dealer which said it would. I'm quite technical and I think it must be possible. If I use the Kenwood's "line-out" and feed them to the amp then it should be ok (I THINK :duh:). The amp will do the 2/4ohm speaker system. So I can leave the speakers alone. Anyone know this for sure? All I have to do is sort out the wires. Currently I'm begging Lexus to give a new stereo but I think they will say "NO! ". There's no 5 years warrenty here in the Netherlands. ← I have send u an private message
