Can anyone comment on the comfort or otherwise of the fabric seats on the IS 250 base model ? This is what I am considering along with the MM option, but my local dealer does not have any of these for me to look at. I have a test drive booked on Sunday in a SE model and I sure the leather seats will be great, but my budget dictates either MM or SE, not both. If I do go for the base model, I will probably have to travel to a dealer with one to try out, but any comments would be appreciated. Thanks Andy

Another road test now on-line from What Car, somewhat mixed with poor scores for ride quality, road noise and visiblity. Still looking forward to making my own mind up however when my local dealer has one available for a test drive. www.whatcar.co.uk

I've been reading this thread with interest as I've been looking forward to finding out the prices for the IS 250. Like many, I was suprised about the lack of individual option choices. However I called my local Lexus dealer today, and was told that sat nav would be available as a separate option and not only within a package with audio upgrade, rear camera etc. So maybe the option choices have changed to those on the Preliminary Bulletin linked to previously on here. I hope so as I would only like leather and sat nav as options, but to get this would cost an extra £5710 (25% of the cost of the car !), and I'm not prepared to pay this. Andy
