Hi there i was on my way home driving from bilboa to malaga (spain) ide just got off the ferry so i felt like crap,anyways i hit terrible snow all throught the northan parts of spain there was some sketchy conditions and at some point i might have left skidmarks in my own pants so take a spare set! but i was ok uve just gotta make sure u dont give it to much beans and give extra caution when breaking and no sharp movements just look at it as a chace to kit the back end of ure car out n have a bit of a chukkle good luck. :D

Right I have the amp out and cant see any fuses so it must be a internal fault. does anyone know if this is a commen fault among is 200 se models??? or is it just bad luck 4 me??? any help would be great Reevoo

yeah checked all the fuses, there fine so gunna cheak the amp.any idea if theres a fuses for it?? ive checked all over the car n cant find 1? maybe theres a fuse in or on the amp somewhere?? thanks 4 ure help again

Hi there :D ive got a year 2000 lexus is 200 se, ive got a slight problem with the head unit,its been tested and reconditioned but isnt working,i think its the amplifier as it powers the head unit. any idea if the amp has a fuse that can be replaced??? or does any 1 have one for sale??? cheers for any help, its driving me mad not having any music in my motor!!!!!!!!!!! :duh: reevoo

alright geeza i had the same problem with my cd player. try disconecting the battery for a while,this hopefully will reset the unit! if not a recon costs about £260 so if i were you ide try ebay if you cant resolve the problem..... hope this helps

it was reconditioned by lexus but i got it installed by a local fitter. it went in exactly as it came out so maybe theyve done something to it at lexus??? it had a error 3 message so they said its had a new changer put in. i hope they tested it or thats another 40 mile journey 4 me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks 4 the reply reevoo :)

hi im having trouble with my new conditioned head unit,its been installed properly but doesnt want to work?? any ideas? ive check all fuses and they are all in good woring order andalso disconected the battery to try and reset the unit but nothing seems to work??? is there any security device fitted to the car to stop it from working?? if anyone has a idea thata be great cheers

yeah its the cd changer at the bottom,ive bin to lexus and they say its past the warrenty stage so i got a quote and it was a bit scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cheers for your help. jamie :D

hi there ive recently had trouble with my head unit i thought the error 3 message that comes up was a loading error so had it looked into,it turned out there was a cd jammed so we took the cd out and it still doesnt work, any ideas??? any 1 got a is 200 se cd player they want to sell??? cheers jamie

hi there i had the same problem a couple of months ago, it was one of the coils,it brought up the traction control light and another light on the top right hand side of the dash,in all it cost me around £ 180 squids but is working perfect now. hope all goes well.
