  1. Hi Andy,

thank you so much for taking the trouble to load these photos. It’s certainly confirmed that it’s not worth getting the 350h boot liner in the short term. Longer term, I can look into aftermarket alternatives with better quality than the new boot liners. The Maxliner ones are as expensive as Lexus but look very good however I may have to order from USA. They’re floor mats may also be better quality than the latest Lexus ones.

  2. Thanks for all your experiences. I’m encouraged by the reports of dealers honouring the figures quoted on the order forms, lets just see what happens when I finally reach the front of the queue. I have my current NX booked in for an intermediate service this week and an MOT in September is unavoidable but I’m hoping not to require tyres.

  3. I’ve now had a NX350h F Sport on order since end of November ‘21. Every couple of months it gets delayed another couple of months. The latest forecast is mid September however the app still shows ‘order in progress’. In order to meet this date, the order should have progressed by now so I’m not holding much hope for mid September. Due to the price rises since placing my order, I’m wondering if the dealer will honour the price of the car and trade in as shown on the order form. I know that the latest price list has a clause regarding the price at build but I don’t believe this clause was present when I ordered. Has anyone had any issues with dealers not honouring the figures on their order form?

  4. I’m in the same situation. I ordered an NX350h F Sport in Nov 21, I had my test drive in January and was at that time given a forecast delivery of May. I’ve heard nothing from the dealership since other than a rather fancy flyer advertising the new NX. The app is still showing the ‘Order in Progress’ stage. Looks like I’ll not be using the 22 plate I bought from the DVLA and will be buying a 72 plate instead. All I can do is sit tight with the comfort that the agreed trade value for my current NX appears better and better as the months go by.

  5. Hello everyone,

While patiently waiting for my NX350h to arrive, I thought I’d research dash cams and where to connect the permanent power supply. Rather than connecting to the back of a fuse on the fuse box, I’m thinking about using an OBD-II port adapter which will give me 2 USBs to power two Garmin Dash Cam Mini 2. It would be great however if Lexus has considered local power supplies in the new design. Does anyone know if the new NX has been fitted with power connection points (USB or 12VDC) the area of the rear view mirror and rear window? I know that a rear window power supply would have limited use as most dash cams with rear camera facility would need to run a data cable anyway.
