  1. Waiting on a track rod end mate, just rang and the chap has said it should be here by 12pm so will be there, should only take me 15 mins to fit :)

The one thats gone is unbelievable being as it passed its MOT 2 weeks ago? when i did the calipers yesterday i could move the wheel over an inch in and out on the steering :o

Did the MOT inspector have a labradore dog and dark glasses.

    Thats downright dangerous.

No, but if i ever meet him he'll need them :tsktsk:

How its lasted over the past couple of weeks is amazing, i can lift the ball joint up out of the joint and the only thing holding it in is the ripped boot thats fitted :o

At least i now know why the steering wasnt very good?

  4. Glad they got to you ok mate :D On the engine cover mate just check where to bend it at the front of the engine as yours might sit different to mine?

And you should have plenty of the VHB tape for the skirts, just make sure you give the paintwork a good clean where it sticks to the car :)

    Good package deal that :winky:

  5. Looking good Chris, so did it rain just after you finished polishing it ??

No mate i polished it on Monday so its covered in crap at the moment, and i did the calipers this morning just before it rained :duh:

 Gord will have to remember that as Nixus just wouldnt look the same

  6. Done a couple of more bits, Gave it a good polish by hand (not had chance to give it a polisher session yet?) and painted the calipers this morning, The paints rather bright so could do with a layer of brake dust on them :whistling:

I have a pair of TRD style side skirts for the Lexus IS200 Lexus IS300 or Toyota Altezza.

the only thing thats the same as the trd skirts is that they attach to the sills!!:lol:

    ps the look nasty!!!!

Yours are Original TRD skirts matey :D have you got them yet? :D

ye mate got them today at 9.45!!!will be getting painted monday or tuesday and fitted soon as the paint is dry!!just drawing out engine cover on to some mirror'd stainless!!!so will be cutting it out tomorrow and fitting it too.

has anyone told you ,your the man and thank you once again

ps i've heard of going ott on the wrapping but jesus!!!!:lol::lol:

:offtopic::lol:  i did say there was a mile of tape on them, was quite entertaining trying to wrap them up  Before you cut the metal mate for the cover, put the paper on top of the engine just to check it fits between your covers and over the oil cap hole and cut it to shape if needed then draw round it on the metal? will save you having to trim it if its tight :)
