Not according to the Lexus touch-up paint tube I am currently looking at...6Q7 Part # 00258006Q721 ive just been down Jawel Paint in birmingham and seen the 2 shades myself of colour code 6Q7. The 2 shades look the same but one had a very very slight darker tint to it compared to the other shade. Please advise. The whole point of the unique paint code on the VIN plate is to ensure a match with the original paint colour, so I don't undersatnd how Jawel Paint can introduce two shades. whats the difference between atf dexron and gm dexron? dont want to be rude here but have you actually bothered to try and find out the difference yourself???? google is a wonderful thing you know. is automatic transmission fluid and power steering fluid the same?

firstly, have the wheels been balanced??? i presume they would have. if not, you need to get this done. as regards to tracking, this is not the best method for car wheel allignment. you really wanna have a full geometry check. search the forum for 'geometry'......there's loads of info about it. i had mine done by nottingham 4 wheel car allignment and the difference is amazing. if the car has already had a geometry check, but with 17" alloys.....you will need to get it looked at again due to the increase in wheel size. hope that helps :D rob thanks, it a bummer because i was told by the shop (where i bough my alloys and tyres) that you just put the wheels straight on without any servicing and drive because the tyres were already on the alloys. do i still go for the geometry check?

i bought 18" alloys with tyres for the lexus is200 se 2000. i bought them off the net and when they were delivered the tyres were already on the alloys. do i put these wheels straight on or do i get services like tracking, alligning etc. cheers,

what if i go: 215X35X19 with lowered suspension? will the card body touch the road? if i full lock the steering with the 19" crme alloys with tyres and lowered suspension will the wheel touch he car body work?
