  1. Can I still get the stainless steal dials for an 2003 Sport from Jason?
  2. Does anybody know the settings for the Wheel Alignment for the Lexus IS200 Sport? Cant get down to Tony's due to Work commitments, it will have to be done local to Wolverhampton. Any help be much appreciated. Thanks.
  3. No not yet, Lexus are going to get back to me on Monday, I will let you know Monday. Thanks for all the replies.
  4. What gets me all about this, they ram the customer service bit down our throats and pester me with calls and literature to buy another new Lexus which I wont and I have yet to experience anything like this rock solid service they keep going on about. My son bought a Lupo GTI and took it into a dealership in Wolverhampton with wheel finish issues, they ordered him 2 new wheels given the car was not purchased from this dealership it was bought 2nd hand from another part of a country, now that is service.
  5. A fault has developed on my CD, error code 1 appears on the screen, it doesn't seem to read the discs. occasionally it will work, but more often than not it goes to error. I have been told this is a common problem and is known to Lexus. The car was bought new in 03 and has covered 18,000 miles. Basically it is a pampered second car. I called into Lexus Wolverhampton today where they told me this would possibly cost me a £1000 pounds to replace the unit. How can this be a fault known Lexus. Where is this customer service? Where is this pursuit of perfection? I could have gone to a local car boot sale and bought a second hand radio CD player and expected more useage from that. This is not my only issue with Lexus Wolverhampton, they actually damaged/marked one of my wheels during a service and turned around and said it was wear and tear but i know different as the wheels had been waxed inside and out religiously from new as I am aware of the crap finish used on them. I hope someone may be able to help me with the radio issue. Thanks.
  6. I have 4 of the LED's that appear to have gone. Does anyone know if these can be replaced or repaired? I have a voltage stabilizer fitted to the car, so their has been no chance of them being over powered. Thanks.
  7. I have tried in every position though, but their is not enough forward or sideward throw, if i try to force the pins will defently break, anyway it is off to Eibach. Cheers.
  8. I will be sending it back tomorrow to B&M (Eibach) i have tried it in every position and it just seems to foul on the pins and reverse gear is impossible to find.
  9. Mine was 2003 sport that b&m was fitted to. I just rang lexus jim, as i know he fitted the b&m one into his car after mine, and he saying same thing, fitted with the pins in place mate. Other than you have the wrong shifter(may have been put in wrong box)i dont know what else it could be. thanks for your help il give it another go tomorrow
  10. I cant see how the pins come out and it is the one listed for the car 2000 and up Lexus is200 part number - 45159/45095. It looks like the pins are rivited in, if so do they have to come out? Has anyone else fitted a B&M to a 2003 sport? Thanks for all your help so far.
  11. No, just like a ball with a plastic socket and a flat shape ball as on the B&M website. I have got it fully seated at one time, but will not locate the gears, it seems to foul on the pins.
  12. Yes i have, their are 2 pins sticking across the top edge to locate the orginal plastic collar on the stick.
  13. Their are 2 locating pins in the gear stick hole that the plastic collar on the standard stick which fits into. These seem to foul the B&M stick. I cant see what else i am doing wrong.
  14. I have tried to fit today, but i am not sure what i am doing wrong, their are 2 pins sticking out either side of the gear shift which the orginal gear shift leaver appears to lock into, but these seem to foul the movement on the B&N shifter, do i need to strip any of the plastic sleeve off the orginal shifter? The car i am trying to fit it to is a 2003 Is 200 Sport. Any help much appriciated.
  15. Can anybody explain how to fit one of these? Cheers.
  16. I brought the car new with the styling kit fitted with 18inch wheels fitted with Pirellies and since day 1 the car seem to wander and track and follow every line in the road which makes the driving tiring. I have drove on various tyres including Michelin, Toyo, Contis and Dunlop and these Falkens seem better by far and at a cost of £54 (£63 with VAT) will take some beating. Anyone intrested try tyretraders.com LTD, they treated my wheels as if they were their own. Great bunch of guys.
  17. Does anyone know where the main body earth is fitted on the IS200? As i now have a Voltage Stabilizer and Grouning Kit to fit, and need to find the main Earthing Point on the Car Body.
  18. Just to say thanks to Mr Morse. Have fitted the Load Resistors he recomended and brake warning lights now solved. Also fitted LED Indicator Bulbs at the same time with the resistors and all now looks superb. Does anyone know where the main body earth is fitted on the IS200? As i now have a Voltage Stabilizer and Grouning Kit to fit, and need to find the main Earthing Point on the Car Body. Thanks to all who replied to my other Thread.
  19. I have fitted some Depo LED rear clusters which are supposed to be plug and play. But when i use the brake pedal the rear bulb out warning light lights up. This resets itself when the ignition turns off but when i start up again and touch the brakes the warning light lights up again. Do i need to fit load resistors if so where can i get them from - Perhaps Maplins? Please can anyone help?
