Si What ballpark price are we talking for either a supercharger or getting the CAT sorted and new exhaust? R

I was wanting to know if there are 'must do's' which give performance increases with low to mid investments. Which are the most value for money alterations? ie the ones which give the most performance for your money. Difficult question I know........... SL55 AMG - nice car, but Clarkson drives one!

Hi all Does anybody know if there is a known problem with the alarm/central locking on the is200? Twice in the last year I have had to have the frequency of my keys syncronised with the reciever on the car. It just stops 'zappping' and goes a bit odd. U then have to unlock manually with the key, set the alarm off etc. Lexus told me that replacement reciever until was £395.00, but would not say if a known issue. ideas?

I too am new to the lexus forum (about 5 mins!). Nice to see the Forum is soooo Friendly! I own an IS200 sport with Body Kit, sports grill etc, but am thinking of tweeking by engine somehow as I am a little unimpressed with the accelleration (esp in 3rd gear) with the std engine. Are there any reasonably priced tweeks which could be done to improve this? PS I know nothing about engines at the moment but learning......... Rayner
