hi there, I had the same problem with mine and had constant complaints from other people. I phoned Lexus B'ham using the bluetooth kit and they immediately called the car in and replaced the complete system and it works perfectly now .

are there any shiny bodywork bits and bobs available for the RX ??

Watch those silicon blades...whilst they work really well i managed to pick a tiny piece of grit out of a gutter and put a 12 inch scratch into my black pearl paint which just wont polish out !!

Will be handy if you can enter a previous destination on the move. Tried it but didnt get the overide screen - any thoughts ??

do you have a copy of the spliced programme ?
