    Im not sure what the BMW system does, but athermic windscreens reduce UV and cut down on glare but will seriously affect gps reception. Im looking to get a gps based camera detector, hence the question.

    Hi all Does the Series 2 RX300 have an athermic windscreen? If so, are there any areas of the windscreen without the UV coating? Thanks!
