  1. Sat nav is only available as a factory option. It cannot be added to a non sat nav car after production
  2. IS GOLD membership only of benefit for those in the UK?
  3. Hi, well i have put a deposit down on my new IS300 (i was looking at the 200 before, hence my nick :D ) and look forward to delivery soon (silver with black interior). Anyways, i just wanted to point out that the Spec Sheet for the IS300 isnt accessible. Pasting the URL into a new browser sends me back to these forums, so could this be fixed please? Thanks
  4. I was just wondering what Lexus' plans are for upcoming IS models? Like the IS430, when will production start on this model?
  5. Yes i was sure to disable both power and snow buttons Its weird because i drove two different cars. This is in comparison to my corolla, which has a cat back exhaust and air filter and lowered suspension fitted. Could this have an effect at all on my perceptions?
  6. Hello again, well i went for a test drive of the 200, and has anyone else noticed that there is a slight delay of 1-2 seconds when pushing the accelerator down and when the car gathers enough revs to move?? The response is much slower than say a Subaru Liberty/Legacy B4 which i am also looking at
  7. Hi, i live in NSW (Australia) and am considering buying a new IS200. But there are a few things i would like your advice on, such as the performance of the car. I read this review http://www.autoweb.com.au/A_0687/page1.html and since i want a car with reasonable performance (i drive a corolla currently) this review is really discouraging. That and the fact that the car has been around for quite a while (since '99), so are there plans to discontinue the model, or to introduce a newer model in the future? BTW im looking at the 4spd auto - the sales guy told me it has a 'gated shift' - what is this? Is it similar to tiptronic autos?? One other thing, the guy said that lowering the car would void the warranty. But with a car like this, how can you NOT lower it?? Well, thanks for any info u can provide
