just for info is was surfing e bay.co.uk and came across an is200(99 model) with 16.5 on the clock,it is in the automotive auction for a reserve of £3700.yes i know it has taxes to be paid,but can someone tell me how much an altezza/is200 actually costs in japan,and any idea how much it would cost to make it "legit "in the uk

i do NOT wish to insult anyone but i would say it all boils down to your age-i bought my is 200 as a 30th birthday pressie to my self,i like the gs but it is an "old mans car"if you are mature and grown up buy the gs,if you are young and trendy keep the is or swap it for my is 200 i'll even throw in the girlfriend as a px deal -
thanks for the info ukpulse.the car is an is200se 99t with only 30k-its a coincidence you say it may happen in thewet as it is normally in the morning(car lives outside)or after i have washed it,next time it happens may take it to lexus norwich, after all they do a good cup of coffee

has anyone experienced the problem-in the past 6 months my car has failed to start on a number of ocasions,it is something which happens occasionaly,which is why i havent bothered my local dealer,however there was an article in a recent autocar where a lng term test car(is 300 sportcross) had the same problem,anyone any idea what is going on,apart from this the car is great.
