I have the same problem.
I have a Toyota Rav 4 2002. No master key but still have the valet key ( and the case for the master key, the middle fell out and was lost)
I need the emc reflashed and 2 new master keys programed. I live in Plymouth but as I have the Valet key I can drive it to someone to do this.
Couple of websites based in the US saying that I can take the emc out and send it to them to reflash but i would rather just get it all done and dusted. Anyone know any companies or people that can do this for me ?
Can buy TOYOTA / LEXUS IMMO IMMOBILISER REFLASH KEYS SOFTWARE on ebay and eeprom programmer but i'm not really sure on how to do this so would prefer someone with some knowledge to do it for me.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
