Looking at the picture it's a mark 3, this ran fron jan 95 to end of 97 when the mark 4 was introduced. Although not strictly relevant, it is note worthy that the Mark 3 was actually released in 1994. I own a 1994 Lexus LS400 Mark 3 (I've driven it, although am yet to collect it) and it was first registered here (in NZ) 11/94.

Hi everyone! Been watching this forum for a while, very helpful. I've just bought a 1994 Lexus LS400, but it's the November model, meaning it's the new shape 1995 model. It's only had two owners, excellent condition, 192,000km. I've had several cars before finally deciding to treat myself to one of my favourite cars of all time! I've found out that the factory car phones in NZ use the TDMA network, which wasn't very good and has subsequently shut down virtually everywhere in the world... which is a shame! (Making the built in phone redundant!) Tell me what you think of the car.... I originally wanted the pearl colour, but I couldn't refuse this one at the price I paid. Any suggested modifications? I am considering the clear indicator lights.
