yes i did mine 3 weeks a go and you need to solder them in. looks good but when you do it make sure that you have wide leds for the clock as i did not and have to bright blue bulbs shining behind..... going to fix it next week. i work for toyota and sourced the bulbs and they dont have blue..... sorry
i brought some t5's and cut away the plastic to leave the bulb and resister then soldered them to the board. works well but the clock is bad so will get the solder out again soon.

i got one oem and the kit contains all you should need, mine came with a black out plate for the center light and a unit to fit for the bulb warning light as well. i just used the black out plate so i have the wiring unit if you dont get one with yours....
not so hard to fit but better to have two or three people so that you get it straight
1 guy on the left and one on the right and the guy in the middle to fit it down.
mine also comes with stickers that help you fit it for drilling but you could make some up
also the light comes with a plug to connect straight into the center light but you can make a black out plate from some black plastic
just remove the light from the back and take out the red brake plate and make a template and then find some think black plastic... 3mm and just cut one out and fit it in the place the red on sat
good luck

sure the best thing is to go down to your local toyota workshop and talk to one of the guys working there.... you will need one working key and the unprogramed one... slip him 10 quid and he will copy over the info to the blank...... or you can send me both key and i get it done for you here..... i work for toyota....... but im in sweden........
good luck
