Welcome to the LOC Adones hoping you find it educational and informative. With regards to headlights/ rear light modifications there isn't a great deal out there but there are a few and you could try custom made stainless steel exhausts. 

Could be a windscreen replacement problem(check and see if you have a lexus stamped one)as I remember there were issues with some non lexus ones prone to leaking, lights staying on etc as I had to change the one on my IS200 many years ago and specifically requested for a lexus stamped one as a result of the known issues.

Get yourself a trickle or solar charger that plugs into the obd port

Silly question but are you definitely 100% sure that your car has 2 reserving lights one on each side and not just 1, a lot of cars now tend to come with just one 🤔

Opinions, opinions we all seem to have them,that said unfortunately some things seem to be here to stay whether we like it or not 😩

To be honest with you it's not worth the bother, hassle trying,someone did manage many years ago to fit a Sony sat nav into the lexus is200 sat nav housing other than that not much else. Alternatively you could get an after market stereo with built-in sat nav

I don't think a cat back stainless steel exhaust would cost you anywhere near 1.5-2k

Mugs are us seems to ring a bell, most new cars these days don't have a spare wheel or even a space saver and we just accept it,in the name of misplaced priorities lol 😆🔔 😳 

And some of us seem to want more and more of some of these irrelevancies,signs of the modern age i suppose lol 😫

Another way of charging you more for more optional extras lol 😆 and yes the are all at it and have been for a while 2012 ford galaxy titanium x -  no electric/auto folding mirrors or sat nav, 2018 a200 Mercedes amg line no folding mirrors either
