I know that most places that drive on left hand side(RHD) like the UK was down to british empires but anyone know why UK drive on the left whereas other places drive on the right(LHD) like germany/ france etc how did it all start...... & anyone know why places like japan / thailand & suriname (thats in south america) drive on same side as the UK ? as these are some of the few places that do which where never part of the british empire. it always interested me & never knew. i still prefer right hand drive though !

I hate snow regardless & its worst when it doesnt melt & turns freezing, i almost fell over countless amount times even though i walking carefully real slow & yes stupid kids throwing snow balls, they didnt get me or my car this time but IF i throw one back well guess who get into trouble & be the bad guy & possible arrest......me! there been some trouble over this near me when it got out of hand what with damages & kids parents taking their side etc when it came back to them, annoys me when this happens due to fact there not well educated

nice ride, i read somewhere in russia or some part russia theres lots JDM/ grey import cars, strange really for a place thats usually left hand drive & drive opposite to UK, i guess u lot dont need a left hand drive conversion for road use.....

will there be a automatic diesel for the is220d between now & future ? i read somewhere that its the design of the engine as the 2.2d was first fitted to front wheel drive toyotas & toyota didnt have time to design it for rwd layout ? & others like lexus say its emiisions & demand or lack of it, but i cant believe that as LOTS cars have automatic diesels for quite long time ie. mercedes / BMW / audi etc all had done for years infact & even the avensis / accord have option of auto on their new models now & even lot of korean cars have them, im not just talking about their 4x4 they make, its alot of their passenger cars too !!
