  1. did you end up getting these no i haven't yet but still considering lol! I'm just thinking that the camera is enough for now, gonna get a new car in around 6 months anyway...
  2. ahh i should have searched first! thanks buddy, now just trying to think of the negatives of not having them bleep when not moving..surely its better because you dont have that annoying bleeping when youre not moving? Is this for your rear bumper only? or for the front and back? can get it for both front and back... also i saw one on the net yesterday which has a "memory" function, so it bleeps when you are not moving also..

  4. I was looking at fitting parking sensors to my is250 and came across http://www.parkingdynamics.co.uk/ and their PD1 which is like a strip which you mount behind the bumper, which means no holes and full coverage. Has anyone got any experience of this? Too good to be true? Thanks in advance
  5. how does that work? Prices? Ease to fit/cost to fit? It sounds like something I might want to fit....details pleassseee!!!
  6. oh well thats no fun!!! i guess someone can close this thread then.. thanks for the quick reply btw mate
  7. with the release of the new iphone firmware allowing a2dp, I was wondering if anyone has managed to get it to work in their is250....??? I just went and had a quick try but I cant get it to work... i of course mean this for the is250/is220d's with multimedia
  8. thanks, they have a good offer si get free sidelights with those too....might just get them unless anyone can recommend any better ones? Or blue-ish ones?
  9. Hi I have an is250 MM and I want to put some brighter lights in (maybe with a bit of blue) and I just went to halfords and was told that i need H11's which they don't stock. Now from looking on the net I can see there a couple available, but I have no clue about whether they are HID's or normal and if they will fit straight into my car etc etc.. So i was hoping that some of my kind fellow lexus owners could help me?? I found the 2 below, but I wanted something with a bit of blue: does anyone know where I can get blue ones? and also would the ones below fit straight in? http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/h11-bulbs-c-659.html Thankss!!! p.s. sorry for my lack of knowledge about this sort of stuff, it my first car!!
  10. why not get them fit it? Any ideas on cost? I'm thinking of doing the same Also does anyone know if I can get adaptive cruise control with the front sensors?
  11. I don't really know much about all of this sort of stuff...does that mean I would probably have to have it completely change the system to HID one rather than use a conversion kit? Also, I read someone used a special kind of blue-ish halogen, what do you think of that? (this is the one: http://www.streetandcircuit-shop.biz/ultra...11p-47368-p.asp)
  12. I have to agreee as above...samsung are usually terrible in terms of using them! But i do like the look of the tocca ultra edition...maybe just good advertising?! I would say don't be reluctant to go to carphone warehouse to get one of them to come and try it out in your car, I mean even if you go in and say to them you won't be buying it today but just want to try it im sure they would give it a go... alternatively, you could go to a highstreet vodafone store and ask to try it with the car?? if you do get the phone, do let us know how it is!
  13. I know absolutely loads of people have posted about fitting HID's and I have read through a fair few of them, but I just wated to check: Firstly, a lot of people talk about how theyve fitted conversion kits onto their cars. Having read through the DfT website it seems that you need to have them self levelling (or self levelling suspension), does this mean that people have fitted these? If not, how do you get by getting the MOT done? Secondly, do Lexus fit aftermarket HID's? If so, what is the approximate cost of this? Thanks in advance...
