Yep grip the bulb as near the base of the bulb as you can and make sure you use a thick double sided sticky tape and needle nose pliers and give a bit of a wiggle and it will pop straight out make sure to apply abit of pressure but not to much, I had the same problem as you I could not get the two bulbs out. To get the cover off I used a small flat head screwdriver I got mine from a party cracker, just be gentle and ease it off.

Hey Harmeet I have done mine its very simple you will need a pair of needle nose pliers and some thick double sticky tape, wrap the tape around the pliers and make sure you have a firm grip on the bulb and it should just pop out but please be careful not to smash the bulb cause then your screwed getting the rest out. I did put a blue tinted film under the footwell lights but they are not very bright so ive ordered some blue neons which ive got to wire up

some f***er keyed my is250 hard last week and ive got to have the whole drivers side sanded and sprayed,blended etc and is gona cost me £250. And thats mates rates :(

also i forgot to mention I uprated my brake discs and pads cant remember how much that all cost now it was a while ago

Ive got a 2005 IS250 and I have had these mods done nothing major but nice and subtle -Windows tinted- £275 -Suspension lowered- £200 -New black rims- £350 -Sprayed the front of the chrome grill bit same colour as the car which looks really good- £50 -Bought a new exhaust system which now give the car a nice growl- £690 -Changed my interior light bulbs to blue to match the door sill lights and put some new blue neon light in the footwell as the factory fitted ones are very dim.- £20 - In the process of buying some new LED smoked rear lights- £400

Hey guys got a few questions to ask 1. Has anyone installed CCFL angel eyes on there is250? and how easy are they to install? 2. Ive been looking for some wind deflectors and i can get the front but im looking for a company that also does the rear any ideas? 3. I have found a really good company that does mudflaps but they are based in bolton and dont do lexus unless i travel up there so he can measure some for my car but i cant be botherd to travel 4 hours up there, know any good websites guys? 4. Been looking at K and N induction kits, but are they any good and is it worth doing? because im off to get my car remapped soon. cheers Ginndo

hey guys I have finally got my tanabe exhaust fitted did it a few weeks ago and it sounds awesome very good purchase. I am now deciding wheter or not buy an induction kit I have been looking at the KandN are they really worth it?

Hey guys ive spoken to people from my car cruise and mechanic friends of mine and it seems more of them rate the tanabe over the HKS. 1. The tanabe seems to be of better quality and weighs less than the HKS. 2. The drone is less on the tanabe which is fine. The HKS has more drone and does sound nicer which is appealing if I had a car thats not quite exec like the is250 if I had a type R or similar I would proberly go for HKS. And ive heard the HKS sounds a abit raspy when flooring it and the HKS causes alot of humping between the ground and the exhaust itself this comment was from a mechanic friend of mine whether hes just had a bad experience with them im not sure. 3. I have rung around alot and the price for the HKS and tanabe are pretty much the same the HKS is about £30 cheaper. After comparing both I think Im going to buy the tanabe.

Hey guys havent posted anything for awhile the cars coming very nicely. Im now stuck on which exhaust to buy the HKS HI POWER or HKS LEGAMAX PREMIUM or TANABE MEDALION TOURING. Ive rung a few companies and they all say the legamax is the preferred system but then again it is the most expensive lol

hey guys ive just had my is250 lowered and my AFS light is constantly flashing even when my lights are off, has anyone else had this problem and if so how can i sort it out??

I just had my front and rear discs upgraded and also my front and back pads upgraded it cost me £340 for the bits and the labour was for free :) its nice to know mechanics

Hi guys green stuff tend to be for cars under 200 bhp and red for over 200 thens there yellow for track racing which is iilegal and will fail an MOT. I have red on my is250 and find there fantastic and have put yellow stuff :) on my type R

Hi guys ive just bought a 2005 IS250 after smashing up my C class, Ive been looking around for bodykits and exhausts systems and having very little luck from UK websites they all seem to be american!. I have noticed few bits i like but they note 2006 and up will this fit my 2005 because they look exactly the same!!!!
