  1. How did you end up going with this?

All this time I have still been investigating possible solutions and have just found something promising.  I should know by tomorrow if this works, but I stumbled on using a $15 audio ground loop from Circuit City (http://www.tsunamionline.com/product.php?id=52) to assist in removing the audio interference (couldn't find a video one in the store).  When I saw that actually work at making the audio 1000 times better, I did a search for one that could be used for video and found this VB-1RR from Jensen Electronics (http://www.jensen-transformers.com/iso_vid.html).  I ordered it yesterday and should be delivered to my job sometime tomorrow afternoon.  Either way, I'll post what happens.

On another note, I tried using one of those Mad Catz 7" mobile screens and it worked with the XBox flawlessly in my car (using my hard wired 350watt power inverter and the 140watt cigarette lighter one).  I suppose the Pioneer AVIC-N1 is just super sensitive to things like this.

    Crossing fingers...

  2. Fargo, why did you choose the NA path rather than FI?

Im trying to decide if I should spend money now on NA mods like SAFC, intake etc or save up for a supercharger setup. Since the kits on is300.net are designed for LHD cars it would probably have to be a custom setup therefore increasing cost even more.

  3. Hello all, I have recently noticed that one of my headlights (the right one) seems to be aimed a little bit lower than my left one. At first it didnt bother me, but it is starting to get annoying and affecting my visibility.

Does anyone know how to manually aim the headlight? Autolevelling is fine since both move equally when I first turn them on. OTher wise I might goto my dealer to get them to fix it

There are 4 bolts on the back of the headlight, 2 for the main beam and 2 for the high beams. Do I use these? If so, which ones do I use and which way to turn?

Here are pics of each of them:

    Thanks

  4. Great idea, just a couple of questions:

    1. What are you going to use to make the PSU compatable with the car's DC Battery?

    2. How are you going to connect the screen to the computer? A normal D sub video cable? Or does the video card have RGB outs?

    3. Is it going to be hooked into your sound system at all? If so, will you be sticking with the stock system or upgrading the HU, amp, spearkers, etc?

    Thanks, and good work! :D
