This is exactly the same what happened to me when i checked on the IS ive just bought (in 2008, built in 2003) ... it was at 128 000 KM - so "someone" forgot to change it properly and the belt was in the same state as yours.. maybe even worse. Few more kms to go and things would go ugly. We can call ourselves lucky. :)
