today i check the air intake sensor ,and also the igntion coils,nothing wrong there, they measure just fine... I zeroed the codes and took the car for a testdrive. It worked perfectly when the engine was cold,but when it got to working temperture,it starded to hesitate,poor pickup. and uneven idling

oxygen sensors,i replaced them -09...

The fuellines readed replacing anyway as you can see. Got a new error code 24 air intake sensor... Would love to take it too a lexus workshop,but there isnt one around where i live..... will only come up if you do the nessarcary procedure to find them . this is a complicated procedure for which you really need a workshop maunual or take it to a lexus workshop. tell me how??? please!

thanks ambermarine wouldent there be a errorcode for the main oxygen sensor? The car has olso startet to twitch when on highway,sometimes,but not all the time! Im suggspecting that the fuelfilter needs replacing!But the fuellines are rusty,and needs to be replaced also.... This is my reflection fuelfilter clogged the engine does not get enough fuel and starts too twitch! The engine call for more fuel and overcompensates? Maybe burned the cats.... allot of maybes... :duh:

Hi everybody Can any one tell me how its posably to get error code 25 and 26 at the same time??? lean and rich air-fuel malfunction My beloved ls400 didnt pas MOT today! Totally heartbroken!

Thanks for the reply ,me like Cold engine 1000-1100rpms varm engine 600-650rpm. The trc light only comes on when the engine is cold,never hot!But not every time thou, go figure!

Thanks Bazgtr,steve2006 The cats are brand new,installed myself,magnaflow cats,maybe its the sensor as you say. The sparks are new,also the filter, oil, etc The search goes one! The car past the MOT :winky: but i still have the trac code 45,i have reset the truble codes! Trac code45 when idle switch is on main throttle positon sensor signal is 1.5v or higher.Whats does that mean? why is the signal 1,5v or higher?

I have got a ls400-91and i loved it! Got some problem tough. Didnt pass the Swedish MOT because of bad emmsion. Co 1.7 (0.5) co2500 1.6 (0.3) HC 165 (100) lambda1.01 (ok) I check the codes and got Engine 41,28 Trac 45 code 41 (throttle position sensor signal) is it broken? ,can it be cleaned?Wouldent the car run badly? code 28 Main oxygen sensor signal Right bank i guess its the first one ,before the cat!But the lambda is ok accurding to MOT! Trac code45 when idle switch is on main throttle positon sensor signal is 1.5v or higher.Whats does that mean? The car runs ok, trac-light come sometimes when i start the car ,if i turn the engine of and start it again the light goes off!! Anyone having the same problem?Some ideas?

I own a ls400-91 and i dont have the fuxebox cover that sits under panel in the car,so i dont know whitch fuse goes where. Does anyone have a picture of the cover? Please help. robban from sweden
