  1. Hello everyone! Yiannis, I guess that I'm in the same boat as you are (a Harrier 3.0/Lexus RX 300 owner, 1998 model, don't read japanese). I'm from Malaysia, a country that does not have an official Lexus presence. I'm just worried that I couldn't figure out what does what when I get the car so I'm gonna ask a few questions...bear with me 1. I've noticed a small rectangular red button on the gear shift area. In my car, the inscription is in Japanese. What does this button do? 2. In the display (Yiannis, I think that the 1998 model doesn't come with a full color navigator- I've seen something in a 1999 Harrier but not in a 1998 model), when it comes to fuel consumption, there is an indication of miles/liter. The display toggles from one reading to another and there are in total 3 figures. What are they and how do I interpret them (again, the descriptors are in Japanese)? 3. Would anyone be so kind enough to scan their 1998 Lexus RX300 Owner's Manual? I've asked the dealer from whom I bought the car and he gave me a- guess- Japanese Harrier Owner's Manual. I would need the manual for reference only, especially on how to operate the car and to use some of the awesome features. If it's too much to attach to this bulletin, you can always e-mail it to me at ckkoay(at)hotmail(dot)com <-- @ and . replaced to stop bots from automatically harvesting the address. Alternately, if there are any Malaysians living in KL reading this, do get in touch with me if you have an English copy of the said Lexus/Harrier manual. Cheers! ck
