  1. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/lexus-IS-F-sport-5-0-420-bhp-v8-artic-pearl-white-stunning-car-fresh-import-px/273757649071?hash=item3fbd3a38af:g:vuMAAOSwH6ZcfXMz so, first time it was on for £16950, then reduced to £15950, took off, then bidding on new listing it got to £12200. Now on again for £14950 ??? Does no-one like imports or does it seem dodgy? The car itself looks to be in very good condition throughout thoughts?
  2. much appreciated guys for the info, even though this looks ok I've been burned by press cars before so dont think I will take a punt on this sadly

  5. this problem https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-f-2008-2014/821955-who-has-had-coolant-leak-around-valley-plate.html
  6. was reading that it is the actual sealent that goes off and coolant then leaks, if it is the water pump that causes this?
  7. How often does the problem with the leaking coolant in the valley plate raise its ugly head?
  8. yeah tell me about jag reliability. I have ploughed more into the STR than i bought it for, still bang for buck you wont get a better price/performance car for the money. I just want reliability to be honest. Is the facelift version much better than pre ? Thanks
  9. Hi, after a bit of advice from maybe some unbiased posters ha I currently own a Lexus IS300 (4.5yrs) and a Jaguar S-type R (3.5yrs) Which would be the best out of these 2 to have as a daily driver. I am currently looking at both models Lexus ISF or Jaguar XFR My lexus honestly has been the best car i have owned after 2 previous IS200's My STR has the usual mods, pulley upgrade, re-map, caldoofy intake, WOT mod, Adamesh exhausts, currently running 370WHP, 440Crank hp Would the ISF be much difference in performance?? I know about the reliability of the Lexus, thats why I am more heading in that direction, my budget is upto £20K Cheers Andy
  10. Was loose caliper bolts. All sorted now
  11. Bad drop links ???? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kl0eQUolVl0
  12. Isn't the IS300 engine straight from the GS300 ???, anyway its a 2JZ-GE that was in the N/A supra so is a bloody good engine. Tuning potential is very good, I have always liked Lexus, but I think the IS200/300 is one of the best looking sedan car shapes ever, it really is a looker
  13. hi BRZ, like all cars the jag will be as reliable as most other cars if properly maintained. I have had the jag just over a year and it has had 1 full service that cost £300. On the other hand my IS300 just cost me £750 in a service, mot and new radiator. But its just the luck of the draw sometimes. I will say again though that if you had the Lexus IS300 with a ZF 8 speed and type r v8 engine it would be the perfect car, beauty, pace and grace haha
