his car has 17's on rather than the 16's they normally have, theres always 17's on ebay induvidually and as theres quite a few they are normally quite cheap
How do you know they are 17's? - I don't even know, but then remember I'm a bit dumb on these things.
I had a quick look on ebay and was immediately confused and I must say I wouldn't describe £450-£650 for a single wheel (no tyre) particularly "cheap"
It is a long time since I last ventured into a scrap yard (perhaps some 40 years) they were not welcoming places even then. I'm quite happy going to one specific for a part I know they have but phoning every breaker's yard in Berkshire or worse still traipsing around them, even if I knew where they were, does not appeal.
I must admit, as I said dumb, that I could just pop into Halfords or somewhere similar and order one.
