I noticed that the new LS430 has bluetooth technology intgrated into the NAV Unit so that it can communicate with selected mobile phones. This is great, at last they have delivered a great system... but When can I get it for my RX? Night-Time

From reading your post it sounds as if you were driving while it was unavailable. The Nav uniot doesn't let you enter destinations, apart from Home and the 5 presets, wholst in motion. Night-Time

Should have read... I have had a New Model RX300 since July am now going to have another windscreen fitted. Ooops

I have had a New Model RX300 since July am not going to have another windscreen fitted. First of all, I was hit by a firework on Bonfire Night. That caused a crack about 18 inches long on the passenger side. Got that replaced with a 'Lexus' windscreen last week. Apparently you can only get that size windscreen from Lexus at the moment. Then this morning I was hit by a stone on the motorway. Another crack, this time only about 9 inches long. Are Lexus windscreens at fault or is it just my bad luck. I have only done 19,500 miles so far. Night-Time

Didn't see the show but... Tried my parking camera the other week for the first time. Had some friends in the car for its debut. Managed it first time. Car was aligned about 1cm from the kerb. Really impressive. The other main advantage is just through everyday reversing and parking. My girlfriends daughter tells everyone about it when they get in the car... and the powered boot as well (which she thinks is voice controlled). Night-Time

Thought about de-badging the car. - but what would yuou put instead of the 'L' in the front grill?

I took delivery of my new RX300 last Friday. Extremely happy with it. Done about 500 miles by end of Monday. My work gives me the chance to do high milage (35k-45k miles per year) and the RX300 has given me a new reason to do long journeys. On Tuesday evening I drove 300 miles to Kingston-upon-Hull where I am working for a couple of days. Some guys from work came by train the next day, so in the evening we used my RX to take us for a nice meal. Afterwards we decided to stretch our legs a bit so found a pool/snooker hall for a couple of hours. Thats when it happened. Some little up-******* decided to try and steal the Lexus badge from the front grill. Didn't manage to get it but have broken one of the clips. They may have stopped because they found out it is plastic, I don't know. But it just irritates me why people do it. Just thought I'd vent my anger with you guys. Thanks.

Thanks for that, I don't think it matters that much, but the quality of sound is excellent. Now I have no worries of the little ones turning up their music too loud. Night-Time

Ok, so I am not sound engineer, nor a home audio specialist... but for the life of me I cannot seem to find the 11 speakers that are in my car. I have tried counting them, got to seven, then nine (now I forgot where 8 & 9 were). Does anyone know?

Normally I can find anything on the web, but I must have wasted hours at work today and still can't find it. Like others I am awaiting my RX300 SE-L which should arrive towards the end of next week and just wanted to get ahead with everything inside it. (Last thing I need is the other half nagging me for reading the book) Night-Time
