I replaced mine with an aerial of the New Toyota Auris Hybrid....... [they are not cheap!!]
Its the same circumference and fits exactly - I tried the Honda one, but where it joins the aerial base the aerial was too large [hope that makes sense]........
I get good reception through it as well. ^_^

Er - is this in the right forum group? They didn't make an IS200d, did they. IS220d, yes, but that's the newer car so needs to be in a different forum.
You may want to read this Lexus IS200d Advance

Looking forward to seeing this - I have always wanted one and think the lexus should have been fitted with one.
Unfortunately I am not technically minded - so hope that it is fairly easy :)

Hi Guys,
I went out to my car the other day to find that someone had stolen the silver 'L' lexus logo from the centre cap of one of my wheels as well as one of my locking wheel nut covers,
I've managed to get a replacement 'L' but no luck so far with the locking wheel nut cover, can anyone help?
Thanks!
Adam
What does it look like????
I have a spare Toyota Chrome Locking Wheel nut cover in my garage somewhere... they are hexagonal in shape???? {Hope that helps}...

Firstly front bumper spats or splitter.
set of original mudflaps.all to fit an is200.
Also i have a leather trd style gearknob in my is200 (looks to be original lexus, not aftermarket) would like a swap for alloy ball type.
drop me a pm or post on here, Cheers people.
Hi with ref to mud flaps you are probably better off getting them brand new through LOC(pm ACLex) and he should be able to get you sorted, got mine through him.Bet you the ones on eBay currently £32 with 3 days to go,eventually go for more than they cost brand new.
Mine cost me £43.06 + VAT + postage when I bought them through ACLex......
Easy to fit - although I did have trouble with the japanese fitting instructions
-
I had the same problem - bought mine for £28 from Lexus..
Drop ACLex a PM and see what he can offer.....
Although any of the 'flat seated' Toyota Locking wheel nuts should work - just bought some for my Celica that will fit the Lexus
Hope this helps :)

Lexus Birmingham had sport grills on sale on eBay.
They also had them advertised in the parts department when I called in.... Give them a bell - they used to take card payments over the phone - not sure they still do..
-
It's also listed here......Save £200....... :)

Count me in :)
Is200 manual XE-03-A, sport style please
Thanks

HI....
Use either Extra Gloss Protection or HD Wax ....... there is no need to use both....
Both give good protection but the HD wax, in my opinion, gives a better finish
The rest of the detailing process is correct...
Lets hope the weather stays nice enough to complete it :)

Sorry I was rather abrupt in your other post about the wheel nuts....
Fleabay...... lexus is 200 wheel nuts - there are at least 2 sellers on there selling the correct wheel nuts.. :)
-
Hi,
Does anyone have or know where I can get 20 standard IS200 wheel nuts from? (apart from Lexus as they want £££)
I have the standard alloys on mine but someone fitted the incorrect tapered seat type and I need to change them quickly as I don't think its safe like this.
Thanks
Damian

Loved this comment.........
Either the buyer can drive away at own risk, or tow away.
-
If all else fails try that well known auction website

www.regtransfers.co.uk has a free valuation service - you could give that a try......
Otherwise I would think that it is only worth what people want to pay for it.....
Only the thoughts of a rambling mind ;)

Not a recommendation as I dont live in Hampshire but you could look at www.detailingworld.co.uk..
There will be a list of detailers on there - and a search may prove fruitful...
Hope this helps :)

I found that Autosol worked better at removing the 'heavier' deposits on the exhaust.....
You can always then keep it clean and shiny with the Brasso [it also works very well on the headlights!!! ;) ]
-
Can second that..
Used 0000 grade steel wool and autosol metal polish - brought mine up a treat....:)

Not sure about the cost of 'new' but found these on fleabay: Item number: 110635442962
Hope it helps :)

Hi,
Take a look here........

Hope it helps :)

I used The Wheel Specialists [Nottingham branch] to refurb the alloys on my IS200.
They did a brilliant job, work is guaranteed for 12 months, they gave me a 15% LOC discount and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again...
They may have a branch near you....www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk
Cheers :)

No problems - would (and have) use again.
