Can someone please tell me if the throttle body on the Altezza 1gfe is the same as the Lexus IS200?

Hi i am new to the forum can you help me please? I have a 1999 altezza with a 1GFE beams engine, which is an automatic. My problem sounds very simular to other posts i have read,intermittantly when coming to a stop and sometimes just before pulling away the car stalls. Is it likely to be the acu? i have had it plugged in but no error codes. Thanks in advance.
