Hi all - I've just laid down some hard earned mullah on an 51 IS300 from Lexus Leeds. I had an FTO GPX before hand with 197bhp - and so thought it rude to go in the BHP stakes. Anyone have any recommendations on servicing costs down in Surrey - (nr Guildford) and insurance costs? I'm 30, max no claims - just interested where most people get the best deal? And before ya'all ask - I'll be signing up for me gold membership. the excitement.... :P

Altezzaz - I am also looking at an Altezza and wouldn't mind similar information to that asked by OLI EP3.

Hi, I've just sold my Mitsubishi FTO GPX and am looking for a Lexus IS300. A few poking around the main dealers, but nothing that's rocks my planet - too high prices for too high mileage. So two questions: Having owned an import, I'm not too hung up about buying an import. However, the FTO had a great following and a great owners club, so parts and servicing was not a problem. Is this the same with the turbo'd Altezza? Secondly, anyone know where I could get a good Is300 from <20000m at around £20K? Anyone any comments on the 300, apart from why don't they bring out a manual gear box? I'd be glad of any help. Thx. Sm_erf
