As @ColinBarber says, when the Battery shows full the engine will spin not using any fuel acting as an air pump to help slow the car and to help spin off some excess energy.
If you put the car in N going down a hill you will really appreciate how much regen slows the car as without it the car just keeps on going. Not advised obviously as you are not charging the HV Battery, but very useful to clean off your brake discs if they are getting a bit rusty.
The times I had a full Battery when I got home, the engine would often come on and I would wait for it to stop and by then it had dropped one bar from the full mark. It had done its job.

That is perfectly normal.
I have just come from a 2017 Prius that I had from new, so 7 years old when I sold it. That would only ever show a 'Full' Battery after a motorway journey, then a long decent down a hill to our home. So far I have not seem my NX show a full Battery, just one below.
Thing to remember is that although the Battery gauge may show 'Full', it is actually only around 80% full, the same when it's low, it is not that low in reality. Toyota/Lexus reserve a portion of the Battery at the top and bottom that is not visible to us, this helps protect the Battery and ensure its longevity.
I hope this puts your mind at ease 🙂

When I wash my car I always put the key out of range of the car in the garage, that way it doesn’t keep locking/unlocking every time I wipe over and around the door handles.
As @KenR says, if you unlock the car but do not open a door it will automatically lock itself. This has been a security feature of all of the cars I have owned for many years.

Yes, the first thing I would check is the passenger seatbelt buckle. Sometimes they do not retract fully and the buckle ends up getting caught and tapping the B pillar.

I download the PDF manual, then do a CTRL F and type in what I am looking for and this has always found me what I was looking for.

Just got back from the car and although the screen said the usual welcome message with my name, most of the customisation had gone. I guess it picked up my name from the key, but I thought that is where the information was stored, so I guess it isn't.
I was pleased to see that my trips came back OK... every cloud 😆

Unfortunately, no such luck.
Luckily we have a good signal where I am, even in the garage so I don’t think that is an issue.
This time it’s not the usual car losing connection with the App, it’s like I clicked the removed vehicle button, except I didn’t 🤔.
I will go out shortly and see what happens when I get in the car and report back.

Unlike an iPad, car touch screens are, as far as the ones I have had, made of plastic not glass.
Whenever I clean mine I always use a spectacle lens spray and lens cloth and wipe very gently. I would rather have to do a second clean if I didn't get rid of all the marks first time around, rather than one heavy clean which could leave marks.
It's amazing how much dust can collect on the screen, especially if you are like me and likes to have a window open sometimes.

Just had a notification from the App that my car has successfully been removed from my account! 🤦♂️
No idea why this has happened as it been really reliable after my initial teething problems.
Anybody else had this?
Think I will wait until the morning before I try adding the car again, just in case it miraculously comes back. Glad I have all my personalisations in my Notes app.

By the way there is no AWD badge on the rear of my LBX which disappoints me slightly.

They are not on the back of my NX either, but in the US they are...
I believe the RAV has AWD, so not sure why Lexus decided not to add them for the UK market. I did think about button one on, but then technically I am modifying the car, so I do not want to go down that insurance rabbit hole 😆

Mine were over inflated too. I set them to the factory 2.3 bar and it really improved the ride.

The speed notification in my new NX is configurable and can be turned off, but I find it invaluable and have it set to bong at 3 mph over the limit.
I think the current NX was introduced before the new regulations, hence being able configure it.

As said above, you will probably get your second fob in a couple of months or hopefully sooner.
I waited 6 months but deliveries are speeding up I believe.
Lexus Customer service is 0345 129 5484.
I was told the same that it can take up to six months, but they are coming through quicker than they were.

Never had a problem with the a/c on auto, the system copes very well with changing conditions even changing the airflow side to side with the direction of the sun.. The climate concierge even set the seat heating/cooling very efficiently ..
Same here, seven years in my previous Prius used to have the CC set to 21 Auto with the compressor set on Eco and found it worked like a charm. The only time I would change the temperature is in the winter where I would change it to 22.
Only had my NX since March, but so far I use the same settings and it's working as expected.
I haven't tried the remote feature, so I cannot comment on how that works.

That’s the Navigation Settings, we’re talking about the vehicle software with this issue. It’s under Settings/Software update. Under Model Info it shows what version you are on. I’m on 2050, so the same version before and after the issue has been resolved.
Ah apologies, just checked mine and it’s 2150, so mine must have been updated…
-
Mine shows this, but it also says no update available . If I try and update it I get a message about contacting the dealer, so maybe I have the latest update?.
Everything is working fine for me though, so not sure if I am missing out. I did notice there are no historical updates as show in the video earlier in the post, but that may be a US specific thing?

I too hear a similar noise when putting my NX into Park - and always have done since day one. I've always assumed that it's the electronic parking brake engaging and that it's normal.
Yes correct, it's the electronic parking brake being applied.

I have several uppercase letters in my password and @ as the token special character as I understand that other special characters can cause issues - ?!£$% etc.
Only had the car since March, but after initial instabilities it seems to be OK now.

I am confused as to why you are having to enter password details on screen, I did all my registration from the App.
From memory, I went to the main screen where it says Lexus and added my profile, I then got the blue screen where I had to agree to terms (right Han one for both) and then it gave me a number to pair to my phone and that was it. This also included setting up apple CarPlay too.
It did take a few days for it all to sync through after picking the car up. I also lost connection twice and was faced with the blue sign on screen. Each time it lost contact I also removed the car from the App as I didn't want to have two cars the same in case that caused confusion. After it losing contact the third time, I left the car in the App hoping it would over-right it and it did. Since then it has been rock steady and all my trips have recorded. Not sure if it was a coincidence, but it worked for me.

New review of the 300h, not Thomas presenting as usual, so not as thorough, but I think AJ does a pretty good job.
Interesting to know they have added additional sound proofing.

May seem like an obvious question, but is the car running at the correct factory tyre pressures?
Dealership have a habit of over inflating tyres when a car is serviced, not sure why. The first thing I do after a service is to lower them to the correct pressure as it makes a huge difference.

I have that occasionally, I just pull down to refresh the App and that usually sorts it. If not, force close it and start open it up again.
-
Although it sounds like the engine is running, no fuel is being used. It is basically using the engine as an air pump to give ‘engine braking’
This is normal behaviour if you are going downhill with a full hybrid Battery or using Mode as it has to spin off excess energy due to it not being sent to the hybrid Battery.

Very nice.
The first thing I did when I got home was pull off the stickers on the door releases 🫣
