0 to 60 is a bit artificial ... you'll only really exercise that when you are pulling out of junctions where you know there's people going to be coming up doing 70-80mph with not enough room to see them early. With power, look more at 40-60, 50-70 type numbers ... Not had opportunity to do overtakes in my CT yet but with the Focus ST, I'd be able to go 50-70 before getting level with the nose of the person I was overtaking ... Hoping for similar with CVT kickdown + Motor assist. MPG is good too. But think of where you're driving most : Hybrid -> town, Diesel -> motorway PS Comfort or Speed. I swap between those when I get cars. Currently on Comfort having got immediately bored with Speed Car 2 after Speed Car 1 (Puma -> ST)

As a cricket lover, I'm often listening to Radio 4 Long Wave (198kHz) over in GB where they have Test Match Special. Trouble is, they're phasing out Long Wave reception from car radios. First saw it on my dad's Volvo, was sad to see no LW on my CT. But !!!! There's a fix :winky: Take : 1 Lexus infotainment system with Bluetooth 1 Android phone hooked up via Bluetooth (iPhone should work too) Internet radio streaming If you can hook up your phone to the internet and get it sending audio to the car via Bluetooth, then you should be able to use this for getting anything streamed off the internet and into the car stereo. Mobile signal permitting of course. Just set the car to get audio from Bluetooth, send your phone to where the streaming comes from and that should be Job Done. Yet another pleasant Lexus surprise at it working so easily. Bit late now (cricket season finishes tomorrow) but I'm hoping this will keep me from driving too fast next summer (in my rush to get to the telly). PS Not a fix for the Volvo as it doesn't Bluetooth. Just means we have to take mine B) :P

I'm switching from Focus to CT :winky: Mind you, that's a 52 plate ST170, so it's an older Focus. Ford make good cars - they've just never been "special". When I first sat in the CT back in about March, my dad and I both took a moment to recognise we were sitting in something special. I also took the decision to avoid Ford because 3 of my 6 cars so far have been Fords - time for something different

Robbo - when I was looking for info on the CT, I found a link to a Lexus.com site : My link That link might not do much at first, I needed to click on "Manuals and Resources" on the left hand side before it would give me a list of Lexus models to choose from. I found the link at ct200hforum.com, which I should probably keep an eye on. Might be worth a look, although I can't see IS200 in the Model drop down list. PS I was wondering if the radio would do Long Wave for cricket commentary on 198kHz AM. I think I might have to do something clever (and geeky) for that

Hi all, Going to be picking up a CT200h SE-L next week, thought I'd say hello and say cheers for the information on these forums - it's definitely helped me sort through all the misinformation the "professional" reviewers like to give B) I've gone for an ex-demonstrator, after hearing that the delivery time for a new CT is likely to be December. And now the anticipation is making me want time travel so I can pick it up now instead of Wednesday !
