servicing. does anybody have bad experience with Lexus Croydon ? Does anybody have good experience anywhere SE ?

Bad experience,,,,,,, where shall i start, i went to lexus edgware feb2012 to get my car serviced but i was advised not to bother with them, they are there to take your money and thats all they are intrested in, thought i give them benifit of the doubt, so i booked my car in for 60k service, was qouted £500 all in, to save some money i bought the parts form lexus separtley and saved £50 and negotiated the price with lexus edgware, left all the servicing parts in the car and advised...
