have just had mine done, all belts, waterpump. The crank pulley IS the biggest problem , it was a nightmare to get off, if poss get a mechanic to do it, removing thr radiator is a good move, only takes a few minutes longer to do but worth it, Found thecambelt tensionor running "off true" forcing belt onto the cover and chewing it up !

New to lexus ownership (is 200) just come over from Porsche, looking forward to many happy miles !!!
