After all was set and done and i hooked the wiring harness back up. Everything worked fine except my speedometer.I have checked all the connections and they seemed to be good, what am i missing?Are there any diagnostic tools can be used to check it?Someone recommended the LEXUS Professional tool T605 .Anyone know about it?

how can you tell if the mileage is not correct? I just purchased a lexus is 2006 from a reputable dealership. The car had 23k miles on it, the tires were not the original..they are Cooper tires ...this threw up a flag but...any way to tell if the mileage has been tampered with?
