I hope someone can help me with this issue. My nakamichi player receives power to eject the cartridge however it will quit playing at random, or not turn on at all from pressing the cd button. Has anyone had and resolved this issue. I have a 97 ls400. My motor mounts have been broken and have been replaced and I had excessive vibrations for a while and also before this issue started my alternator died and I stored the car without power for 3 months. I wonder if it is a loose cable issue or failure of the player, head unit, or equalizer. There is also an old analog cell phone attached in the car as well.
