  1. Hi all im trying to get my original satnav to work on my lexus is200, its had the harness adjusted for an aftermarket unit and now since buying it all that happens when i turn the ignition on is the unit powers up, displays lexus then turns off, and i cannot get the display to power back up, upon inpecting the wiring i can see that a couple of wires on the harness have been "played with" see below..... Can anyone see whats wrong here?? and how the taped wires are meant to be connected? All help is greatly appreciated
  2. Hi there, yes i checked that first, and the disk is present, although there are two plugs on the unit that have nothing plugged into them? not sure if this is normal,
  3. Hi all, i bought my lexus IS200 SE a couple of days ago, (what a lovely motor), only issue i have with it is with the satnav unit, when i switch the ignition on it flips open and displays "LEXUS" and then switches off? can anyone point me in the right direction of repairing this? im pretty handy with motors and minor electrics so not afraid of having a go myself, just looking for pointers :) Im told the previous owner had a aftermarket system in so is there any telltale wiring changes i should be looking for? All help is massively appreciated Thanks Dan
