When opening telephone settings, i am asked to press the speed dial button, but it's not there to press. If I get to thespeed dial settings another way, the 3 buttons (register, delete, delete all) are dark and can't be pushed. Have I locked myself out? I lost my stored info when I registered a new Cell phone. Someone please help. Thanks in advance.
