I bought from lexus dealer the genuine lexus ipod thingy, the instructions the parts bloke printed off for me were quite clear and easy to understand,disconnected the battery, plugged it all together and now nothing, when you press audio button it just says audio off, pressing the on button on the radio does nothing, ive checked connections several times, checked fuses in all locations, all ok, found the iphone is recieving charge down the new lead but no sign of life in audio unit.. Is there some engineers trick where you press this button twice while holding that button while keeping your foot on the brake or something.
I am of course loath to take it to the dealer only for them to tell me i shouldve had them fit it for me in the first place,
PLEASE HELP anyone.
